Introducing Your Retreat Guide

Hello and welcome!

I'm Nicole Busby, and I have always been drawn to spiritual exploration, yoga and self-discovery! Throughout my journey, I've trained as an actor, raised a family, and now, I'm joyfully embracing my role as a yoga teacher. Oh, and I love traveling! Yoga is the magical thread that ties everything together. If you haven't tried Kundalini Yoga yet, you're in for a treat! It's a joyous practice that combines breathwork, movement (yes, including dance parties!), mantra and meditation. Known as the Yoga of Transformation, it clears, energizes, and connects like nothing else. And it's accessible! If you can breathe, you can do yoga! (Note: there are stairs at the yoga location so walking is also required!)

My yoga credentials include a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in Integrative Yoga Therapy at Island Yoga Vista, and 200 and 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings with Manipura Yoga College.
