Introducing Your Retreat Guide

Hello and welcome! I'm Nicole Busby, owner and yoga teacher at Sea Glass Yoga.

A retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from our everyday lives, routines, and cultural expectations. It allows us to reconnect with ourselves without the pressures that life often imposes. I am passionate about creating spaces where individuals can rediscover themselves, heal, and expand their awareness.

Ever since childhood, I have been drawn to spiritual exploration and self-discovery. Kundalini Yoga is a joyous practice combining breathwork, movement (including the occasional dance party!), mantra, and meditation. Known as the Yoga of Transformation and Awareness, it clears, energizes, and connects. Best of all, it’s accessible—if you can breathe, you can do yoga!

So, if you have a passion for traveling and spiritual exploration then join in for the adventure of a lifetime in Costa Rica!

My yoga credentials include a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in Integrative Yoga Therapy at Island Yoga Vista, and 200 and 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings with Manipura Yoga College as well as many additional courses.
