Kundalini Yoga creates strong connection between the body and our truest spirit source. By moving energy, using the vibration of our own sound, breath patterns, moving the body and mindfulness while all the time focusing on our inner self. It’s a guided journey through the body, engaging and releasing the mind, to spirit. It is a way to bring oneself into the present in a centred, grounded, uplifted and open way. There is space to feel, heal wounds and break free of patterns. The more we do it, the more time we spend in the present moment The more we unhook from patterns and pain, the more we are able to live into the truth of who we are and what we want now. It allows us to disentangle from culture and social expectations while reminding us of who we are and what is most important to us.
Why do you do it? How does it benefit you?

We do it to clear the way. Clear the way for emotions to be felt, clear the way for our bodies to feel themselves and move, we do it to connect to our innermost selves and to the infinite which have the same seed so in essence to feel connected to all. We do it to move out of the places we feel small and trapped and insecure and move toward openness and connection and possibility, rooted in who we truly are. We do it to feel strong and free, to ‘shake it off’ and rest deeply in the safety of ourselves. To feel the breath in our bodies and the energy within and all around us. We do it for freedom.
